Our Breads and Pound Cakes


  • What is the difference between breads and pound cakes?

    • Breads are oil based. Pound cakes are butter based.

  • Will different seasons and climates affect your products in transit?

    • Extreme temperatures can effect certain ingredients. If our staff feels there is an issue, we will alert the customer prior to shipping an order.

  • Do your products contain nuts?

    • Yes, some do, as indicated on the product labels. All our products, however, are manufactured in a facility that uses tree nuts, eggs, soy, and wheat.

  • Are your products gluten free?

    • We do not offer gluten-free breads – yet. But when we do, you can rest assured they will be recipes that match the flavor, quality, and originality of our current selections. Sign up to be on our mailing list and be the first to know when gluten-free products become available on our website.

  • How long do your products stay fresh?

    • 7 – 10 days, when stored in an airtight container after opening. We do advise consuming breads and pound cakes shortly after they arrive for the best taste and highest quality.

  • Can your products be frozen for longer storage?

    • Yes, all our products can be frozen. Before placing in the freezer, wrap aluminum foil over the outside wrap of the bread or pound cake. When you are ready to eat, thaw it at room temperature for two hours.


Shipping, Returns and Promotions


  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    • We use USPS priority mail for all deliveries.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    • Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • No, at this time we do not ship internationally, or to Hawaii or Alaska.

  • Where will my order ship from?

    • All orders ship from our headquarters in Melville, NY.

  • How do I know my order request was received?

    • An email confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you after your online order is placed.

  • When will my order ship?

    • We ship almost every day, typically orders will leave our facility 3-4 days after ordering, add 2 days if ordered on a weekend day.

  • How long will it take my order to arrive?

    • All orders are shipped USPS priority mail.

  • Can I track my package?

    • Yes, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your package ships.
