Okay, fine, we’ll be honest: We don’t know too much about returns. In all our years of baking, it just hasn’t come up very often. You probably won’t even believe it, but, prior to launching our website, we all sat down and tried to mine our collective memory for some sort of clear consensus about the policies and procedures we have used in the past when it comes to returns.
The consensus? That there is none.
So we apologize in advance if you came here looking for rules, exceptions, and disclaimers. We simply don’t have any.

Alongside our breads and pound cakes, we are most passionate about our customers and their satisfaction. Our staff will work with you to ensure that your order is rectified and your concerns thoroughly addressed.
